     TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE 

                


OFF-SITE FUNCTIONS

 

Staff charges are $35.00 per hour per staff member with a minimum of 3 hours per staff member

 

A chef or function co-ordinator is $45.00 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours

 

A delivery fee in the metro area starts at $30.00 and more for further distances

 

An additional half hour will be added for delivery if staff are required as they will bring the food with them

 

 

ON-SITE FUNCTIONS

 

A room hire charge of $180.00 per day will apply, or $100.00 per half day or evening. Weekends add 50%.

 

One staff member will be included with certain menus

 

Hire equipment is available on request at the normal hiring prices

 

Evening dinner guests are requested to vacate the premises no later than 11.00 pm

 

Breakfasts, lunches, morning and afternoon teas are available in the meeting room of the Café
